P. Flanigan & Sons is a Baltimore-based paving and site-work contractor founded in 1885. One of Maryland’s oldest construction firms, it produces hot-mix asphalt and self-performs grading, paving and utility work on roads, airfields and commercial sites. Flanigan is part of the joint venture rehabilitating Runway 10-28 at BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport.
