Lane Construction Corporation

Lane Construction is one of the largest heavy-civil contractors in the United States, building highways, bridges, tunnels, and transit systems. Founded in 1890 and headquartered in Cheshire, Connecticut, the firm has worked on major infrastructure across the country and became a subsidiary of Italy’s Webuild in 2016. Lane recently teamed with Brayman Construction as Steel City Tunnel Partners to win the roughly $1 billion Ohio River Tunnel contract for ALCOSAN in Pittsburgh, where it leads project management and the main tunnel-boring operation. Its work spans roads, bridges, mass transit, and large water and wastewater tunnels.
