We are proud members of the Architectural Woodwork Institute and, after rigorous testing, shop inspections, reference checking, and jobsite inspections, obtained our A.W.I. Premium Quality Certification in 2002. All of our products meet or exceed the Architectural Woodwork Institute Quality Standards. We are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) and are very familiar with LEED project requirements. We are also a Drug Free Workplace.

With 15,000 square feet under foot, every aspect of your project is kept under the watchful eye of our management team. Our facility includes a complete complement of woodworking equipment, which is constantly being upgraded to ensure that the latest technology is used to produce our work. Our state-of-the-art finish booth enables us to accomplish furniture quality finishes.

Established in 1991, Commercial Millworks keeps every phase of a package inside one Orlando building: design input, estimating, AutoCAD shop drawings, fabrication, finishing, then delivery and installation. Nothing gets handed off to a second shop midway, which is the reason the company can invite an owner, contractor or designer to walk in unannounced and see exactly where their job stands.

The shop now occupies 17,500 square feet at 613 Triumph Court, Unit 1, in the 32805 zip, with multiple finish booths rather than one.

Material scope reaches past wood. A single proposal can cover custom solid wood, wood veneer and plastic laminate millwork, moldings, casework and finish carpentry, then fold in solid surfacing, quartz, granite and specialty metal work. Blueprint-matched wood veneered wall panels are the stated specialty, the kind of scope where sequencing and grain matching decide whether a lobby wall reads as one continuous surface or as a set of unrelated panels.

Finished work lands in offices, hotels, restaurants and clubhouses around Orlando and Central Florida.

The award record is unusually deep for a shop this size: eighteen Associated Builders and Contractors Excellence in Construction Eagle awards, won nationally. Safety has its own shelf. The company holds the Architectural Woodwork Institute / CNL Insurance Zero Lost Time Accident Achievement Safety Award, and it has taken the ABC Gold Level Safety award every single year since 2000.
