The WisdomTree Group

The WisdomTree Group is a full service architecture and building design firm providing residential, commercial, and multifamily architectural design services. We specialize in thoughtful, buildable designs that balance creativity, budget, and constructability. Our team works with developers, builders, and property owners on projects ranging from custom homes and renovations to commercial buildings and multifamily developments. From concept design and planning through construction documents and BIM coordination, we help bring projects from idea to reality with practical, efficient, and well designed solutions.

The WisdomTree Group operates as a division of the Metropolitan Group from offices at 500 Office Center Drive in Fort Washington. It was established by Joseph Augustine, a registered architect in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey and an NCARB member, who earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1991 and brings more than 35 years of experience. Project managers Matt Bueke and Monique Awaida lead multifamily and market-rate residential work.

The firm builds a three-dimensional computer model for every project so clients can engage with the design directly. Rather than treating architecture’s six phases, Programming through Construction Administration, as separate steps, it runs them as one coordinated process, using BIM and Virtual Design and Construction for clash detection and cost certainty. Beyond custom homes, the practice handles garden-style multi-family and mid-rise apartment work. More than 80 percent of its projects come from repeat clients.
