Greenberg Gibbons

Greenberg Gibbons is a Maryland-based developer of retail and mixed-use property, working across the Mid-Atlantic from its office in Owings Mills. The firm builds walkable town-center districts rather than conventional strip retail, combining grocery and restaurant anchors with apartments, office space and hotels on a single site. It handles development, leasing, property management and asset management in house. In December 2025 Greenberg Gibbons broke ground on Midtown64, a roughly $500 million redevelopment of the 46-acre former Genworth Financial headquarters campus in Henrico County, Virginia, converting a vacated suburban office park into about two million square feet of retail, office, apartments, townhomes and hotel rooms. Demolition of the existing Genworth buildings began in April 2026.
