Mead & Hunt

Mead & Hunt is a national planning, architecture and engineering firm founded in 1900 and headquartered in Middleton, Wisconsin, with more than 30 offices across the United States. The firm is best known for aviation work, where it handles master planning, terminal and concourse design, airfield engineering and construction administration for commercial-service and general-aviation airports, and it also practices in transportation, water and wastewater, federal facilities, cultural resources and food and beverage industrial design. Mead & Hunt is the lead architect, working with locally based Co-OP Architecture, on the $70 million concourse expansion at Sioux Falls Regional Airport in South Dakota, a five-gate, 70,000-square-foot addition replacing capacity in a terminal that dates to 1968.
