Pike Construction Services

Pike Construction Services, part of The Pike Company, is a construction manager and general contractor founded in 1873 and based in Rochester, New York. One of the oldest continuously operating builders in the Northeast, Pike works across healthcare, higher education, commercial, and institutional projects. The firm is working with Turner Construction on the $650 million Strong Memorial Hospital expansion at the University of Rochester Medical Center, a nine-story patient tower and a much larger emergency department. Pike self-performs concrete and carpentry on many of its jobs.
