A few practical details worth knowing before you call. Rendon Construction Inc. was founded in 2014 and works out of Meridian, Idaho, with projects also taken in Eagle and Boise. The company is reachable at +1 208 789-0282 or shawnr.rci@gmail.com, lists its availability as 24/7, and offers a free consultation to open a project.

The founding date understates the experience behind it. The firm describes more than three decades in remodeling and construction feeding into a business that has been operating under its own name since 2014 — a distinction worth clarifying if you are comparing bids on years in business alone.

Five service lines are listed, and only two of them show up in most searches. Custom home remodeling is the broadest, running from concept through completion. Kitchen remodels cover custom cabinetry, countertops and appliance integration. Bathroom remodels include custom showers, tile work and made-to-fit vanities. Room additions are handled as full builds — guest suites, home offices and family rooms designed to tie into the existing structure rather than read as a bolt-on. Outdoor kitchens are the fifth, covering built-in grills, countertops and weather-resistant finishes for year-round use in the Treasure Valley climate.

The workflow leans on design software before the crews arrive, so layouts and finishes are modelled rather than settled on site mid-demolition. That front-loading is the main reason to ask for the drawings early in a conversation with them, especially on a room addition or an outdoor kitchen where framing, utilities and drainage all need to land in one plan.

Project scale is not a filter here. The company states it treats every project the same regardless of size, and the process is described as concierge-level with detailed planning, tailored scope per client and a preference for premium materials. For a homeowner in Meridian weighing a kitchen against a full remodel, that means the same intake conversation either way — worth using to test how specific they get about schedule and material selections before anything is signed.
