A recognized leader in the industry, Kenaidan (@kenaidancl) provides general contracting, design build, construction management and preconstruction services to all sectors of the business world.

Founded in 1974 by Ken Smith (Left) and Aidan Flatley (Right) while attending university, work in the early days consisted of snow plowing, interior demolition, fencing and deck building. After graduating, Ken and Aidan decided to keep the company going despite having job offers to work in their fields of study. Growing from two employees to hundreds of employees, and our signature continues to be placed on a myriad of projects of different size and complexity.
