Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners

Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners is a New Jersey practice that David J. Minno co-founded in 1995. It runs studios in Lambertville and Newark and keeps architecture, urban planning, interior design and structural engineering under one roof. The firm’s best known for large mixed-use redevelopment and transit-oriented development with heavy multifamily and hospitality components, the kind of suburban densification work New Jersey towns keep approving. That’s exactly what RT600 is. Minno & Wasko designed the 149-unit tower with David M. Sullivan Inc. for The Connell Company, and it topped out Oct. 28 at The Park in Berkeley Heights, where Connell is turning a 185-acre office campus into a walkable neighborhood. Connell’s targeting a fall 2027 opening.
