Alberta weather sets the brief, and the company answers it with specifics. It installs IKO Landmark TL shingles carrying a 30-year limited warranty, and states its assemblies deliver 15% higher energy efficiency measured against provincial standards.

Credentials are named rather than implied. The company states it is certified by the Alberta Roofing Association, meets COR safety standards recognised by WorkSafe Alberta, and is a certified materials partner of IKO and Owens Corning. Manufacturer certification is what allows a contractor to offer extended warranty coverage at all, a point the company makes directly in its own advice on choosing a roofer.

Beyond replacement, the service list covers roof repair, roof inspection, new installation, eavestroughs and skylights. Skylight work is a useful specialism, because a skylight is the most common leak point on an otherwise sound roof. When storm damage hits, the company states an emergency response team is available 24/7 to stop further water getting in.

Two commitments go past the usual promises. Every job is inspected after completion, and the company says it stands behind every warranty it writes. Pricing is presented as transparent and itemised with no hidden fees, backed by a written satisfaction guarantee, which is the sort of thing worth holding a contractor to in writing.

Its own guidance to homeowners is unusually practical: check material certifications, and read contracts for material specifications, timeline commitments and explicit warranty terms before signing. That is good advice regardless of who ends up on the roof.

Eco-friendly materials and weatherproofing technology tuned to the local climate are part of the stated approach. The yard is at 11441 Hayes Crescent in Acheson, serving Edmonton and communities across Alberta, on (587) 754-9495, with free quotes.
