Quality Roofing Specialists, Inc.

That’s how every job starts: a free roof evaluation, photos of what we find and a written scope and price before any work begins. Every roof replacement, roof repair, tile lift & relay and flat or shingle roof across Southern California gets the same care.

Quality Roofing Specialists, Inc. was incorporated in July 2019 and has held California contractor licence number 1061942 since 3 January 2020. Tony Goldberg and Adva Goldberg co-founded the business and hold the chief executive and president roles; the company describes itself as family-owned, woman-owned and locally owned. It runs three Los Angeles offices, in West Hollywood, Woodland Hills and Vernon, and keeps twelve crews split across shingle, tile and flat work, bringing in vetted partner crews only to absorb overflow. Staff handle English, Spanish and Tagalog.

Manufacturer credentials are listed individually rather than as a blanket claim: Owens Corning, IKO and GAF, plus CertainTeed Master Craftsman and Polyglass Premio Pro. The last two sit on the low-slope side of the business, where the company brands its flat-roof work FlatGuard. Installations carry a ten-year workmanship warranty alongside whatever term the chosen product and warranty tier provide from the manufacturer. The company is bonded and insured and pulls its own permits.

Work is divided into three books: residential, HOA and multi-family, and commercial. Alongside replacement and repair there is a tier of smaller products aimed at owners who are not ready to re-roof. These include a documented inspection it calls RoofScan 360, a tune-up, a recurring maintenance plan, and an HOA planning service called ReserveReady for boards budgeting future capital work. A separate 199 dollar Roof Check covers sealing vents, pipes and flashings, is paid after the visit rather than before, and is credited back against a repair or replacement if the owner goes ahead. Financing runs through Momnt and Service Finance, but only for residential roof replacement, not for repairs and not for commercial jobs, and subject to credit review.

The published geography reaches well past Los Angeles into four counties. Los Angeles County coverage runs from Santa Monica and Venice through Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank and the west San Fernando Valley down to Torrance, San Pedro and Long Beach. Orange County runs from Seal Beach and Huntington Beach to San Clemente. Riverside County includes Corona, Eastvale, Murrieta and Temecula, and the San Bernardino County list is the western end of the county: Chino, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana and Rialto.

One operational caveat is stated plainly on the site: insurance claim work is taken on as the schedule allows rather than as a standing service line. Production is overseen by a senior production manager the company says has thirty years in the trade, and crews tarp landscaping and sweep for nails daily.
