Walls Roofing and Siding

Homeowners in Mount Holly, NC often deal with aging shingles, heavy rain, and tree debris that can strain a roof and drainage system. When a roof is near the end of its service life, roof replacement is planned around the home’s structure, ventilation needs, and preferred materials so the new system sheds water effectively. Sudden leaks after wind, hail, or a fallen limb call for emergency roof repair, which typically starts with a quick assessment, temporary covering if needed, and targeted fixes to stop water intrusion. To keep runoff controlled and away from foundations, gutter services may include cleaning, sealing joints, adding guards, or resizing downspouts to match roof area. Coordinating these tasks helps protect soffits, siding, and interior spaces from moisture damage. Walls Roofing and Siding can also assist with roof inspections and storm damage repair when insurance documentation is required. Nearby homeowners in Belmont follow similar maintenance timelines, especially on roofs exposed to afternoon sun and frequent storms.

Three things on this company’s service list are worth drawing out, because the summary above stops at roofs and gutters.

Siding is a full half of the business, and the brands named are specific: vinyl, metal, and James Hardie fibre cement. Hardie is the one that changes a quote materially. Fibre cement costs more than vinyl up front, holds paint far longer, and does not soften or warp in a Piedmont summer – but it is heavy, dusty to cut and unforgiving of poor installation, so who fits it matters more than with vinyl.

EPDM is the second. That is single-ply rubber membrane for low-slope and flat sections – a porch roof, a dormer cheek, an addition with a shallow pitch. Most houses that need a new shingle roof also have a small flat area, and a roofer who only shingles will either patch it badly or bring in someone else. Metal roofing rounds out the three systems offered.

Insurance work is the third. Roof inspection, storm damage repair and claim assistance are published together, which is the sequence a homeowner actually needs after wind or hail: documented inspection first, because the claim turns on evidence recorded before the repair.

The warranty position is stated plainly – five years on workmanship – and financing is available. Veteran discounts are offered, which is worth asking about rather than assuming.

Coverage is published town by town and reaches further than Mount Holly and Belmont. Charlotte, Gastonia, Huntersville, Cornelius, Davidson, Matthews and Mint Hill are named, along with Kings Mountain, Cramerton, Stanley, Lowell, McAdenville and Iron Station. That is the full Gaston-to-Lake-Norman arc, which suits storm-driven work where a single hail track can put a crew in one cluster of streets for weeks.

The business is run by Brandon Walls and carried a 4.9 rating as of mid-2026. Estimates and consultations are free, and emergency calls are taken around the clock.
