NuBilt Restoration

NuBilt Restoration & Construction is a Colorado-based property restoration and construction company founded in 1994 and headquartered in Denver. The company provides 24/7 emergency restoration for water, fire, smoke, mold, storm, flood, hail, sewage, biohazard, and other property losses, along with mitigation, remediation, reconstruction, roofing, and general construction services. NuBilt serves residential, commercial, multifamily, property-management, and insurance-related clients across Denver, Colorado Springs, and the broader Colorado Front Range.

Three decades in Colorado has given NuBilt a workflow that starts before the trucks arrive. The company puts a crew on site within about sixty minutes across most of the Denver metro, and that first visit is a no-obligation assessment and estimate rather than a billable call-out.

Credentials do real work in this trade, because insurers ask for them. NuBilt operates as an IICRC Certified Firm and is EPA Lead-Safe Certified, which is what allows it to disturb painted surfaces in older housing during a water or fire rebuild. Asbestos abatement sits in the same category and is handled in-house rather than referred out.

Mitigation uses the standard equipment set, water extraction units, industrial dehumidifiers and air movers, staged and monitored until the structure reads dry. The same company then carries the job through reconstruction: structural repairs, flooring, plumbing, roof installation, and kitchen, bathroom or basement remodeling. Keeping one contract from emergency response to final finish avoids the gap where a mitigation firm leaves and a general contractor has to re-scope what was already demolished.

Claims handling is part of the service. NuBilt bills insurance directly and says it manages the documentation and estimating side of the claim, working with carriers including State Farm, Allstate, USAA, Farmers, American Family, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide and Travelers. For a property owner that usually means one point of contact instead of parallel conversations with an adjuster and a builder.

Coverage runs the Front Range from Pueblo to Loveland, thirty-two named communities in all. In the Denver metro: Denver, Aurora, Centennial, Littleton, Englewood, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Rock, Lakewood, Arvada, Golden, Wheat Ridge, Edgewater, Boulder, Lafayette, Longmont, Broomfield, Westminster, Thornton, Northglenn, Brighton and Commerce City. In the Colorado Springs region: Colorado Springs, Fountain, Monument, Manitou Springs, Security-Widefield, Woodland Park and Black Forest. Plus Pueblo, Pueblo West and Loveland.

The published service list also runs past the headline perils into wildfire damage restoration, hail and roof damage repair, mold testing and mold prevention, and commercial restoration for larger loss work.

The office at 2134 S Valentia St keeps ordinary business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, which is the window for scheduling, estimates and remodeling consultations. The emergency line runs continuously, and that is the number for an active leak or a fire scene just released back to the owner.
