All American Heating, Air & Plumbing

Reliable operation starts with planned care, from seasonal tune-ups to proper thermostat programming and clean airflow paths. Many property owners schedule HVAC in Raleigh before peak weather, allowing time for coil cleaning, condensate drain checks, and duct inspections that support balanced temperatures. For new or replacement systems, heat pump installation in Raleigh often includes a load calculation, discussion of ducted versus ductless layouts, and attention to breaker sizing and thermostat compatibility. Technicians may review filter placement and humidification needs to protect coils and maintain steady indoor comfort through winter and summer. All American Heating, Air & Plumbing can also coordinate related tasks such as thermostat installation, air purification, or minor ductwork adjustments when equipment is upgraded. In buildings with tight mechanical rooms, planning service clearances helps future maintenance go faster and safer. For properties in Raleigh, NC, documenting model numbers, filter sizes, and maintenance dates makes it easier to track performance over time and decide when repair or replacement makes the most sense.

All American opened in October 2001 and has stayed family-owned and multi-generational since, operating in North Carolina under license #24598. Two Raleigh addresses carry the operation: 7216 ACC Blvd Suite 100 and 8817 Westgate Park Dr.

The plumbing side of the business is easy to overlook next to the HVAC work but is substantial: plumbing repairs and installation, drain cleaning, water heaters and tankless water heaters, whole-house re-piping, and gas piping. On the mechanical side the company installs and services air conditioning, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, evaporators and fan coils, commercial HVAC, and thermostats, and handles ductwork, whole-house humidifiers, dehumidifier installation and duct cleaning. Air purification runs through APCO and Phenomenal Aire systems. Equipment lines include Trane, Daikin, Rheem, Mitsubishi and Amana.

There is a new-construction arm that does not show up in most residential HVAC listings. All American keeps an in-house team working directly with Triangle builders, covering rough-in, trim and final start-up across heating, air conditioning and plumbing. The company says it added service lines because existing customers asked for them rather than to chase new revenue, and it handles multi-family, condo and townhouse work alongside single-family and commercial.

Office hours run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with after-hours service available and 24-hour emergency coverage. Financing is offered, and the company runs an in-house rewards program called Eagle Bucks – credit earned on every service, redeemable toward future repairs, maintenance or a new install, with no expiration. Work is backed by a 100% workmanship guarantee, and the company holds a BBB A+ rating.

Coverage extends well past the Raleigh city limits, to Angier, Apex, Carrboro, Cary, Chapel Hill, Clayton, Creedmoor, Durham, Franklinton, Fuquay-Varina, Garner, Holly Springs, Knightdale, Lillington, Louisburg, Pittsboro, Smithfield, Wake Forest, Wendell and Zebulon.
