Deepli Clean™

Deepli Clean™ provides professional commercial cleaning and recurring janitorial services for businesses throughout Portland, OR, Vancouver, WA, and surrounding areas. We serve offices, commercial buildings, medical offices, retail properties, and other professional facilities with customized cleaning programs.

Our services include janitorial cleaning, floor scrubbing, commercial carpet care, window cleaning, and power washing. Service plans are tailored to each property’s layout, traffic, schedule, and cleaning priorities.

What distinguishes one janitorial contractor from another is rarely the service list. It is whether the same people show up and whether anyone checks the work, and Deepli Clean builds its pitch on exactly those two points.

The company’s published comparison against typical providers is specific about the failure modes it is targeting: rotating cleaners instead of consistent crews, tasks quietly missed, slow response, high turnover, no backup coverage when someone calls out. Against each it sets a counter-commitment, including stable teams with inspections, a checklist run on every visit, uniformed and supervised staff, and guaranteed coverage. Cleaning staff are background-checked and the company describes them as trained and certified. It is licensed, bonded and insured.

The scope detail is unusually granular for a cleaning website, broken down by area rather than left general. In offices: spot cleaning glass, dusting monitors and electronics, high and low dusting, vacuuming, wiping and sanitising desks, trash removal. In lobbies and halls: waiting-area dusting, touchpoint disinfection, entry glass, vacuuming or mopping, baseboard dusting, door handle sanitising. In restrooms: wall spot cleaning, light fixture dusting, toilet and urinal sanitising, sink and counter cleaning, floor disinfection, mirror polishing. In breakrooms: sink cleaning, appliance surface wipes, vacuum and mop, table sanitising. A scope written at that level is the thing you point at when a visit falls short.

Beyond recurring janitorial work the company lists floor scrubbing, commercial carpet care, commercial window cleaning covering interiors and reachable exteriors, and power washing.

Quoting starts with a walk-through rather than a phone estimate. The company asks for the property details and preferred timing, coordinates an on-site visit, and builds the scope from layout, traffic level and the standards the client’s own team expects. The walk-through is free and carries no obligation, and the company says a quote can be produced in about fifteen minutes on site.

Facilities served run from offices and shared workspaces to apartment communities, medical offices, fitness centres and retail, across Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington.
