After leaving the active duty Air Force, he received his Journeyman License and his Contractor’s License shortly thereafter. Linn’s Mechanical Contracting was established in Chandler, Oklahoma in 1984, performing heating, air, and plumbing work. In the late 1990s, Linn’s Plumbing became strictly a Plumbing business deleting the Heating and Air Conditioning portion of the business to focus and expand to all areas of Plumbing including new construction, service, utilities, and septic systems. The trade came before the company. Larry Linn learned plumbing in the Air Force in the 1970s, earned his Journeyman and Contractor’s licenses, and opened Linn’s Mechanical Contracting in 1984.
