Next Generation Air & Heat, Inc.

When a cooling system struggles on a humid day timely ac repair in Palm Bay FL helps protect comfort and equipment. Service providers use clear diagnostics to track issues like frozen coils weak airflow or short cycling and they review options that fit the system’s age and repair history. Routine Air Conditioning Repair can be combined with cleaning drain checks and thermostat testing to reduce surprises in midsummer. If your control is outdated thermostat replacement in Palm Bay can support schedules zoning and better temperature accuracy. Homes without full ductwork can consider Ductless Mini Splits for single rooms or additions while larger properties may rely on Packaged Air Conditioning Units maintained through planned visits. Commercial HVAC Repair is available for offices and shops and Zone Control Systems can be tuned so each area follows its own comfort needs with less conflict.

John Lazaridis and his wife Nancy started the company in 2007, and it remains family-owned and operated. Two locations now cover the work: the main shop at 1770 Agora Cir SE in Palm Bay, and a second at 5131 Industry Drive, Units 106-107, in Melbourne. The Florida HVAC contractor license is CAC1815755.

The guarantees are specific enough to compare against. New installations carry a 180-day guarantee, plus a full money-back guarantee if the company cannot resolve a problem that surfaces after the install. The Premium Savings Plan bundles a spring air conditioner tune-up and a fall heating tune-up, waives the service fee, cuts repair pricing by 30 percent and eliminates overtime charges.

On equipment, the company displays a Daikin Comfort Pro badge and advertises instant rebates of up to $1,400 on qualifying Daikin Fit systems. Financing runs through named partners GoodLeap and Optimus, including a 0 percent option for 15 months. Payment is unusually flexible for the trade: alongside card, cash and check, the company accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin.

Ductwork is a real service line here rather than a footnote. Alongside cleaning, repair and replacement, the company offers Aeroseal duct sealing and blown-in fiberglass insulation for attics, crawl spaces and wall cavities, which is the pairing that usually matters more than equipment tonnage on an older Brevard County house. Dryer vent cleaning and indoor air quality work, including air cleaners, purifiers and UV germicidal lights, round out the list.

Service area covers Palm Bay, Melbourne and West Melbourne, Melbourne Beach, Suntree, Viera, Rockledge, Merritt Island, Cocoa and Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Indian Harbour Beach, Eau Gallie, Sebastian and Vero Beach.
