Brinkmann Constructors is an employee-owned general contractor headquartered in Chesterfield, Missouri, with regional offices serving Colorado, Kansas, Texas, Arizona and Utah. The firm works across multifamily, industrial and distribution, senior living, retail and self-storage, and it self-performs concrete on much of its own work, which is unusual at its size and gives it more control over the critical path on podium and tilt-up projects. Brinkmann is the general contractor on AVE Station House at 4001 Walnut Street in Denver’s River North Arts District, a 13-storey, 301-unit apartment building that broke ground in April 2026 on the long-vacant RiNo Triangle site with $125 million in construction financing behind it.
