PCL Construction Services, Inc. is the U.S. buildings arm of the employee-owned PCL family of companies, with its American headquarters in Denver. PCL ranks consistently among the largest contractors in the United States by annual construction revenue.

Denver is where PCL’s American story actually begins. The Denver Buildings operation was founded there in 1975, and the company counts more than 45 years of work shaping the Colorado skyline from that base. The office’s own description of its portfolio is narrower than the national one: high-rise residential, airport construction and commercial buildings, delivered through long-running relationships with industry partners rather than one-off bids.
