Suncrete

Suncrete is an Oklahoma-based concrete producer supplying ready-mixed concrete and, increasingly, masonry and hardscape products to residential and commercial builders. In July 2026 the company acquired ABC Block Co. of Little Rock, extending its footprint from ready-mix into concrete block, pavers, and stone veneer. The deal is part of a broader consolidation among regional concrete and aggregates producers responding to rising cement and logistics costs. Suncrete serves contractors across Oklahoma and the surrounding region, and its expansion reflects a push toward vertical integration across the concrete supply chain.

Suncrete is a pure-play ready-mix concrete producer headquartered in Tulsa, built as a vertically integrated platform across Oklahoma and Arkansas with plans to expand through the Sun Belt. Rather than a single plant, it operates a network of batching plants, an owned fleet of mixer trucks, and tech-enabled dispatch, positioning itself as a supply-chain partner to public-infrastructure, commercial, and residential builders.

The company has grown largely by acquisition. In October 2025 it acquired substantially all the assets of Schwarz Ready Mix and related companies in the Oklahoma City area, a deal that added 20 ready-mix plants and more than 100 mixer trucks and pushed Suncrete into the Oklahoma City metro. Concrete is a local, logistics-heavy business, since plants have to sit close to the pour, so a roll-up strategy that adds plants and trucks in adjacent markets is how a ready-mix operator like Suncrete extends its reach.
