Endeavor Real Estate Group is an Austin-based commercial real estate developer and investment firm founded in 1999, with offices at 500 West 5th Street and a portfolio spanning mixed-use, retail, office and multifamily across Texas. The firm develops, invests, leases and manages, which lets it carry projects from entitlement through operations rather than handing them off. In July 2026 Endeavor and equity partner Canyon Partners Real Estate closed construction financing with German lender Helaba on Lucille, a long-shelved 22-story, 265-unit tower at 2700 McKinney Avenue in Uptown Dallas. Rogers-O’Brien is building it and HKS designed it, with first residents expected in late 2028.
