Rogers-O’Brien Construction is a Texas builder founded in 1969 and headquartered on Regal Row in Dallas, with offices in Austin, Houston and San Antonio. The firm works across healthcare, higher education, hospitality, commercial and high-rise residential, and it self-performs concrete on much of its work, which matters on the tight urban sites that make up a growing share of its portfolio. Rogers-O’Brien is the general contractor on Lucille, a 22-story, 265-unit residential tower at 2700 McKinney Avenue in Uptown Dallas designed by HKS, where four levels of below-grade parking sit under a 1.14-acre infill parcel. Endeavor Real Estate Group and Canyon Partners closed construction financing in July 2026.

Rogers-O’Brien marked 55 years in business in 2024 and remains family-owned, with a third generation now leading a workforce of several hundred across five Texas offices – Dallas, Austin, Houston, Waco and San Antonio.
