D&B Construction Group was started in 2010 by Dan Gring and Brennan Reichenbach and has grown from two founders to more than fifty employees, working from a Wyomissing headquarters and a Delaware Valley office in King of Prussia. While the firm is well known for cost-effective garden-style multifamily apartments, its commercial construction-management practice reaches into healthcare, professional office, retail and hospitality, institutional and industrial projects across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Services span preconstruction consulting and value engineering, general contracting, design-build and design-bid delivery, and on-site management for both ground-up builds and tenant fit-outs.
