HALL Group

HALL Group is a Dallas-based real estate developer, investor and lender founded by Craig Hall in 1968. The firm develops and owns office, mixed-use and hospitality assets, runs a structured-finance business, and is the long-term owner of HALL Park in Frisco, Texas, a 162-acre office campus it has been redeveloping into a walkable mixed-use district under a roughly $7 billion master plan. In June 2026 HALL broke ground on The Terraces at HALL Park, a speculative Class A office building with more than 206,000 square feet over an eight-story garage, with The Beck Group as architect and contractor. HALL is simultaneously funding a $14 million expansion of the adjacent Kaleidoscope Park in partnership with the City of Frisco and the Frisco Community Development Corporation.
