Newgard Group is a Miami real estate developer founded in 2000 by Harvey Hernandez, with a portfolio of 19 projects totaling 8.3 million square feet and $3.6 billion in value. The firm handles development end to end, including construction management, sales and brand strategy, and capital raising, and it built its name on flexible-ownership condominiums that let buyers short-term rent their units on their own terms. That model runs through Natiivo Miami and Natiivo Austin. With partner Two Roads Development, Newgard is delivering One Brickell Riverfront on the Miami River, a two-tower project holding LOFTY Brickell at 44 stories and The Standard Residences at 46 stories, 784 units combined. Both towers reached full architectural height in June 2026, backed by a $513 million construction loan. Newgard also works in Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Orlando and Nashville.
