LS3P led the 25-year master plan for the Greenville Arena District alongside LMN Architects and Gensler, the framework behind a $282 million modernization of Bon Secours Wellness Arena and a new 6,500-seat outdoor amphitheater that Turner Construction was hired to build in June 2026. Other recent work includes the Clemson Powers College of Business and the Concourse A expansion at Charleston International Airport.
