PJ Dick

PJ Dick is a Pittsburgh-based general contractor and construction manager, part of the Dick family of building companies, working across institutional, commercial, and industrial projects in the Mid-Atlantic. The firm is building UPMC’s $1.5 billion Presbyterian tower in Pittsburgh alongside Whiting-Turner, a 1.2 million-square-foot hospital that topped out in 2024. PJ Dick self-performs concrete and general trades, which gives it schedule control on large, phased projects. It’s one of western Pennsylvania’s most active builders, with a portfolio spanning hospitals, higher education, offices, and sports facilities.
