Kairoi Residential is a San Antonio-based multifamily developer, investor and operator active across Texas and the broader Sun Belt. The firm develops and manages large apartment and mixed-use communities, with a portfolio weighted toward high-growth urban and suburban markets. Kairoi was part of the development team, alongside Lincoln Property Company and DivcoWest, that delivered Sixth and Guadalupe, the mixed-use tower that holds 349 apartments above office space and stands as Austin’s tallest building. Kairoi pairs development with an in-house management platform, a structure that lets it hold and operate the communities it builds rather than simply selling them on.
