OKO Group is a Miami-based real estate developer founded in 2017 by Vladislav Doronin, focused on high-end commercial and residential projects in major U.S. markets. The firm developed 830 Brickell, Miami’s first standalone Class A office tower in a generation, together with Cain International, leasing the 55-story building to finance and tech tenants before it opened. OKO’s portfolio leans toward design-driven, amenity-rich towers in supply-constrained urban cores.
