Mortenson is a family-owned general contractor and developer founded in 1954 and headquartered in Minneapolis. The firm is one of the country’s most active builders of sports venues, data centers and renewable-energy projects, with a portfolio that ranges from arenas to wind farms. Mortenson is building the Athletics’ new $2 billion ballpark on the Las Vegas Strip in a joint venture with McCarthy.
