Graco works under Oklahoma registration OK80000310 with a commercial endorsement, out of an office at 208 NW 142nd Street in Edmond. Doug Gray owns the business. Caitlin Gray runs operations, and the named team also includes a controller, a system administrator, a superintendent and four people in sales and estimation. The company now puts its management group’s combined experience at more than 150 years.

Commercial and residential are run as separate service lines. Commercial covers new roof installation, re-roofing, re-decking, leak repair, refurbishment work and hail and wind damage assessment, applied across TPO and PVC membranes, modified bitumen, composition shingle, tile, slate and metal, plus guttering and drainage. The residential list mirrors it and adds wood and shake shingle, single-ply membrane and ventilation system installation. On the commercial side the pitch is scheduling as much as roofing: getting a replacement done without shutting down production or inconveniencing a client’s own customers.

Insurance claims get their own published six-step process. A free damage inspection comes first, followed by any temporary repairs needed to stop further damage. The owner then opens the claim, Graco meets the adjuster with a written report backed by photographs, and the adjuster’s scope is checked line by line using the same estimating software most carriers use, so material and labor do not get left out. Repairs start once coverage is settled.

Job site safety is enforced across all projects: every person on site is OSHA certified and trained in fall arrest systems and hazardous material handling.

The project photography spans the state, from the University of Central Oklahoma Sports Performance Center to a McAlester Regional Health Center addition roofed with a Holcim Elevate TPO system. Financing is available, and inspections are booked through the site or on 405-340-7555.
