Michael Esuary started Complete Heat and Air in 2001, and the reason is specific: he was already running a home building company and wanted control over which HVAC systems went into his houses and what they cost. He then went through the HVAC program at Greenville Technical College and hired a service technician, which is the point the business became a business. Both of his sons now help run it — Corey Esuary as Operations Manager and Caleb Esuary as Vice President.
