For a pool or spa that truly elevate your Nevada home, trust H And H to realize your vision.

Service area and scope

H and H Pools works across the Las Vegas Valley from its Henderson base, naming Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Silverado Ranch and The Lakes as the communities it covers. The office keeps weekday hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The build list is narrower than a general remodeler’s, and deliberately so: custom pool design and installation, custom spa design and installation, pool remodeling for existing backyards, infinity-edge pools, and water features. The company describes itself as family-owned and operated with more than twenty years in the pool and spa industry, fully licensed and insured under Nevada license #0092450.

Paying for it

Financing runs through Lyon Financial, and the terms are spelled out rather than left vague. Loan lengths run 15 to 30 years, unsecured amounts range from $5,000 to $200,000, and there is no home equity requirement. Applicants with credit scores of 660 and above are considered, with debt-to-income ratios accepted up to 60 percent on approved credit. Active and retired military receive discounted fees, and live agents handle applications rather than an automated queue.

Financing is not limited to the pool shell either. Lyon covers standard builds, upgrades, spas, hardscaping and outdoor kitchens, which matters when the backyard plan includes more than water.

The draw process is worth understanding before signing anything. After conditional approval and contract verification, the lender issues loan documents. Once those are signed, a Clear to Start Construction notice releases the job so excavation can begin. Payments are then disbursed at verified construction stages, and the final payment is made after completion. Both the homeowner and the contractor work through online portals during the build.

Design work starts with a free consultation. Quote requests go through the form on the company site or the Henderson office line, and the intake form asks for the property address so the crew can assess the yard before the first visit.
