Proudly serving Savannah, Georgia, our approach is straightforward: show up prepared, diagnose accurately, and complete the job with care so your comfort lasts.

Founded in 1979, McDevitt Air has spent more than four decades as a family-owned and operated HVAC company serving the Savannah region, with technicians certified through North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and factory training on Carrier equipment. That track record earned the company three consecutive Carrier President’s Awards in 2020, 2021, and 2022, a recognition tied to product expertise and customer service rather than sales volume alone.

Service reaches well beyond Savannah proper, covering Pooler, Richmond Hill, Rincon, Springfield, Port Wentworth, Garden City, Bloomingdale, and Guyton on the Georgia side, plus Bluffton, Beaufort, Hardeeville, and Hilton Head Island across the South Carolina line, along with the barrier islands of Tybee, Skidaway, and Wilmington. New system installations include automatic registration for a 10-year parts warranty and a 1-year labor warranty, with optional 5- and 10-year extended labor coverage available through JB Warranties for customers who want longer protection.

Homeowners replacing older equipment can also work with McDevitt Air to identify local utility rebates and federal tax credits tied to high-efficiency systems — Georgia Power provides incentives on the Savannah side, while Dominion Energy South Carolina covers Bluffton and nearby communities. The company holds license #CN208520 and backs its work with a 100-percent satisfaction guarantee, on top of 24/7 emergency service for breakdowns that don’t wait for business hours.

Customer reviews echo that consistency: recent feedback describes technicians arriving within an hour or two of a call, diagnosing issues without pushing unnecessary work, and completing coil and condenser replacements in a single visit even in summer heat. That pattern of quick response, transparent diagnostics, and no-pressure recommendations has built the base of repeat clients the company points to as central to its business.
