The North York branch has its own address and number – Unit 182, 67 Curlew Drive, and 416-304-6851 – and sits in a group that also covers Toronto and downtown Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and Hamilton. More than 20 years of plumbing experience is claimed behind the team.

Neighbourhood coverage within North York is listed in detail: Willowdale, Bayview Village, Don Mills, Downsview, Yorkdale, York Mills, Lawrence Manor, Flemingdon Park, Glen Park, Bathurst Manor, Armour Heights and Victoria Village.

Three services the summary above does not spell out are the ones most likely to matter in this part of the city. Backwater valve installation is listed alongside sump pumps, which is the specific fix for basement sewer backup during heavy rain. Leak detection and pipe repair is a named service rather than something bundled into general repairs. And plumbing for renovations is handled as its own line, which is the relevant one if the call is driven by a kitchen or bathroom project rather than a failure.

Commercial plumbing sits alongside the residential work, as do toilet, faucet and fixture repair and installation, water heater installation and repair, and drain cleaning.

On terms: the branch publishes a 2-year limited warranty, states that quotes carry no obligation to proceed, and describes its plumbers as fully licensed and insured. Emergency service is listed as available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with the North York page showing OPEN 24 HOURS.
