The Chill Brothers

Texas’ most reliable HVAC and Air Purification company. Our fully trained and certified professional technicians are ready to help and support you through your whole home service journey. We promise once we’ve served you, you’ll never need to look for a new HVAC company again.

Founded in 2020, The Chill Brothers has grown from a single Texas operation into a three-state business – Texas, North Carolina and Arizona – running out of seven service locations and listing more than 50 cities. It states over 10,000 completed installations and describes itself as still family-owned and locally operated.

From the Spring headquarters the Texas coverage includes Houston, The Woodlands, Magnolia, Tomball, Cypress, Conroe, Katy, Sugar Land and Pearland, then north to Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Arlington, Keller, Flower Mound, Grapevine, Garland, Irving and Carrollton, plus Austin and San Antonio. Out of state it names Raleigh, Durham, Morrisville, Charlotte, Asheville, Greensboro, Winston-Salem and Wilmington in North Carolina, and Scottsdale, Tempe and Chandler in Arizona.

The service mix is wider than repair and replacement. Air purification runs as its own line – whole-home purification and filtration, duct cleaning, and attic insulation – which is the part of the business the company’s own emphasis points at. Smart thermostat installation, repair and replacement is listed separately. Commercial work covers rooftop, split and packaged systems.

Licensing and credentials are published rather than implied: Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation licence TACLA00146406E, NATE-certified technicians, EPA Lead-Safe certification, BBB accreditation, and Lennox Premier Dealer status, which is the top tier of Lennox’s authorised dealer network and a distinct thing from technician certification.

On terms, financing is a real part of the offer: flexible plans and 0% interest over 36 months are both advertised, alongside an extensive warranty and a full service protection plan. There is also a system buyback programme with a free in-home estimate. The phone team takes calls seven days a week – Monday to Friday 7:00am to 9:00pm, weekends 8:00am to 9:00pm – which is broad coverage but not literally round the clock.

The main line is 844-512-4455.
