McCloud Windows operates from 2056 Polaris Pkwy in Columbus, with a second office in Dayton, under the tagline “McCloud Means More.” It is a local, family-owned business; Nathan McCloud brings more than a decade of experience selling windows across Columbus, Cincinnati, Dayton and Pittsburgh.
The product spec is where this listing gets specific. Windows are 100% pure virgin vinyl, triple-paned, argon-filled, with a low-emissivity coating — a combination aimed at Ohio’s swing between humid summers and hard winters. They are ENERGY STAR rated and carry a true lifetime warranty. Every unit is custom made to measurements taken at the home rather than pulled from stock sizes, and the vinyl comes from Ohio manufacturers that have been producing in-state for over 30 years.
Installation is handled by manufacturer-certified, factory-trained installers with at least ten years of experience each — a detail worth weighing, since window performance depends as much on the install as on the glass package. A typical job runs a day or two, and a team member stops by mid-job to check progress.
The company has extended beyond windows into door installation, patio doors and sliders, and siding, alongside new-home window supply.
Coverage across central Ohio includes Columbus, Delaware, Dublin, Gahanna, Grove City, Hilliard, Lewis Center, Powell, Westerville and Worthington, plus Dayton.
One clarification: the “30 years” figure that circulates in search results refers to how long McCloud’s Ohio window manufacturers have been in business, not the age of McCloud Windows itself. The company does not publish its own founding year.
