Revive Properties works as a design-build remodeler with a specific niche: second homes, condos, and investment properties owned by people who live somewhere else. Much of its client base is out of state, and the company has built its process around remote communication, sending regular photos, videos, texts, and calls so owners hours away can follow a renovation without being on site.

Founded in 2016 and led by Jake Armstrong, who was named to Pro Remodeler’s 40 Under 40 in 2024, the firm is a State of Florida Certified General Contractor and describes itself as local and family-owned. The project path runs through five stages, contact, a ballpark estimate, design and finish selection, contract, then construction, with design work sometimes taking a couple of months before building starts. Typical timelines run 8 to 10 weeks for a kitchen and six months to a year for a whole-home or condo renovation. New projects generally begin three to six months out.
