The Naples office is the southern end of a company that started somewhere else. Arrow Electric has served Western Pennsylvania since 2000 from a corporate office in Greenville, and opened its Florida branch in 2018. Licenses in West Virginia, North Carolina and Ohio followed, so the crews working Collier and Lee counties sit behind a multi-state contracting operation rather than a single-market shop.

President James Foltz and Vice President Nimai Kasecky built the firm around relationships with customers, employees and suppliers. The current leadership bench includes a dedicated safety director, a Florida service manager, and separate low-voltage project and operations managers, a structure that reflects how much of the work is now integration rather than conduit.

On the automation side the catalog is more specific than the phrase smart home suggests: motorized shading, high-speed networking and Wi-Fi, distributed audio and video, dedicated home theaters and HiFi listening rooms, and lighting control. Systems are built with Crestron, Lutron, Control4 and Autocall components, and Arrow holds Diamond-level dealer certification with Lutron.

Life safety is a distinct division. It covers fire alarm design and installation, 24/7 fire alarm monitoring, video surveillance, access control, bi-directional amplifier systems for in-building radio coverage, and the inspection, testing and maintenance cycle those systems require.

For construction clients, the firm also offers value engineering, design/build, estimating and budgeting alongside field installation.
