The company dates itself to 2004 and to a specific event. William watched his own family’s home take hurricane damage that year, then watched an out-of-state contractor exploit the chaos afterwards. Renegade Roofing Co. is the company he says he wished had existed at the time, and twenty years of South Florida hurricane seasons, Florida Building Code revisions and material changes sit behind the current operation.

Licensing is published on the site rather than buried: Florida Certified Roofing Contractor CCC1328895 and Certified General Contractor CGC1514572. Every job carries a 10-year workmanship warranty, and the company explains the logic behind it plainly, that it plans to still be around to honour a claim. Crews are not subcontracted; the business describes itself as neither a call centre nor a franchise, and says the same team works every project rather than whoever bids cheapest that week.

Roof types cover the full South Florida range: tile, metal, shingle, and flat or commercial TPO. Replacement is a full tear-off with permits and inspections handled by the contractor, and repair work covers leaks, missing shingles, storm damage and flashing failures. Emergency response runs 24/7, which in practice means tarping a roof the morning after a leak opens up and returning with materials once the damage has been assessed.

The stated approach to selling is worth quoting on: no upsells, no scare tactics, and no low bids that grow into change orders, with estimates given upfront, itemised and in writing. Customers repeatedly describe being told they did not need work that another contractor had recommended, and one, a general contractor himself, singled out the flashing detail as the tell that the crew knew the trade.

Financing starts at $99 a month with quick approval, which is aimed at the homeowner facing an insurance deadline without the cash to move immediately.

Coverage runs across more than forty communities in Broward and Palm Beach counties, from Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Plantation, Hollywood and Pembroke Pines through to Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Wellington and Royal Palm Beach.
