Barnegat is the manufacturing base, at 127 South Main St, but Accredited operates from several addresses. There is a second New Jersey location at 2501 Fire Road in Egg Harbor Township, a Florida office at 1243 Tallevast Rd in Sarasota, a Philadelphia presence, and an affiliated shop, Sunrise Elevator Co, at 120 E Lemon St in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Phones are answered Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The company describes itself as New Jersey’s largest home elevator manufacturing and installation business, built on the president’s 25-plus years in the trade. Design staff work directly with a project’s architects, designers and engineers before construction starts, and licensed field supervisors and project managers carry it through installation.

Specifying a cab is where most of the choice lives. Series styles include Bristol, Longport, Avalon in three- and four-panel configurations, Sanibel, Brandywine and Shaker. Interior materials range across resin, vinyl, maple, oak and cherry. Ceilings can be picture frame or arched with one or two light fixture arrangements; handrails come flat or round; cab and hall fixtures are offered in gold, stainless steel, black matte and brass; and gates are available in aluminum, acrylic, vinyl, stainless and wood. An online cab builder and a virtual showroom let a homeowner assemble the combination before committing.

Elevators are not the only product line. Platform and porch lifts are sourced through relationships with Bruno, Savaria, Precision Lift and Harmar, ranging from basic porch units to glass designs. LULA lifts and dumbwaiters round out the catalogue, and drive options cover both hydraulic and electric systems.

Service is a standing part of the business rather than an afterthought. Maintenance plans are built around the specific model installed and include safety inspections and code checks, lubrication of moving components, door system adjustments, ride quality and levelling calibration, control system diagnostics and early detection of wear points. Repair calls cover cabs stuck between floors, doors that will not cycle, unusual noise or vibration, slow or inconsistent travel, control panel and button failures, hydraulic fluid leaks and pressure issues, and power-related shutdowns. Repairs use manufacturer-approved parts and finish with safety testing before the technician leaves.

Coverage for both installation and servicing spans Florida, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Architects and builders can pull specification downloads from the site, and there are separate paths for scheduling a service call, registering a warranty and adding extended warranty coverage.
