Raymond Nieves had been working in the Arizona HVAC trade since 2006 when he started 911 Air Repair in Maricopa in 2017. The company’s pitch leans on that being a local operation rather than a Phoenix outfit driving down, and its people living in the same city they serve.
Three pricing commitments are published. Diagnostics are free when a repair is carried out. Second opinions on another contractor’s written estimate are free. And in-home estimates on system replacement are free, with zero percent financing available on new systems. Military, senior and public service discounts are offered and need to be raised at quote stage.
On equipment, the company services roughly twenty brands regardless of what it sells, naming Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Ruud, Trane, York, Amana, Bryant, Heil, Payne, Frigidaire, GE and Janitrol among them. It is an authorised Mitsubishi ductless dealer and a Nest Pro installer, so mini-split and smart thermostat work are supported lines rather than occasional jobs.
On response times the company is honest rather than promotional. It does not publish a guaranteed window, saying only that scheduling varies and that during the hottest months it treats cooling as a life-safety matter and aims for same-day or the soonest available slot.
Both residential and commercial work is taken. The office runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday and Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm, which is genuine weekend office coverage, with emergency service advertised at any hour on top of that. Self-scheduling is available online.
Coverage reaches from Maricopa across the Valley to Chandler, Ahwatukee, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Glendale, and south to Florence and Casa Grande. The company is a member of the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce.
