Local landscaping & fencing pty Ltd

At Local Landscaping & Fencing, we are passionate about transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional, and secure environments. Based in Sydney, we specialize in a wide range of landscaping and fencing services, catering to residential and commercial properties. With a focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail.

We pride ourselves on using only the highest quality materials that are designed to withstand the elements and stand the test of time. Whether you’re looking for a lush, landscaped garden, a secure pool fence, or a stylish Colorbond fence, we ensure that our work not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of your property but also adds value and functionality. Our services include landscaping design and construction, retaining walls, artificial turf installation, pool landscaping, and a variety of fencing options, including timber, Colorbond, and pool fencing. Whatever your outdoor needs may be, we have the expertise to deliver outstanding results.

The working model here is design-and-construct rather than design only. The company promotes combined packages and runs a three-stage process, a phone consultation, then planning and design, then construction, with a dedicated supervisor assigned to each project to work alongside the crew.

Fencing and landscaping are carried as one capability rather than two trades to coordinate, which is the practical reason to use a firm like this on a whole-yard job. Fencing materials named are timber, Colorbond and pool fencing. Landscaping covers design and construction, retaining walls, pool landscaping, artificial turf, and new home and knockdown-rebuild work, that last aimed at re-establishing an outdoor space once a demolition and rebuild is finished.

A seven-year structural warranty is advertised alongside a general quality guarantee and free quoting. No terms or exclusions for that warranty are published, so it is worth asking for them in writing before signing.

Two things to check before engaging, both from the company’s own site. The published email address renders without an at symbol on both the homepage and the about page, so it is unusable as printed and contact is best made by phone or SMS on 0477 857 076. And the site itself gives no street address, no ABN and no NSW contractor licence number, describing the business only as Sydney based. In New South Wales, landscaping and fencing work above the threshold value normally requires a NSW Fair Trading licence, so ask for the licence number and confirm the trading entity before committing to a quote.
