The defining decision on an Oasis project is made before anything is ordered: they do not build with tile. Wall surfaces are grout-free systems, Tyvarian and Sentrel, chosen on the argument that the finished surface removes the ongoing maintenance grout demands over the life of the bathroom. That single choice shapes most of what follows, including the five-day timelines the company documents on completed jobs.

The company was formed in 2023 and its owner holds the NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist credential, which is why accessible and walk-in shower work is a core capability rather than an add-on line. The Washington contractor licence is OASISBS774K6.

Installation is by the company’s own factory-certified installers rather than a rotating crew of subcontractors, and surrounding areas of the home are protected before demolition starts. Scope on a full remodel includes permits, subfloor repair, moisture-rated substrate, drywall, waterproofing, plumbing and electrical, not just the visible finishes.

The warranty is transferrable, covers both materials and labour for the life of the installation, and is walked through with the homeowner at final handover rather than left in paperwork.

Pricing starts from a published floor of ninety-five hundred dollars for a Kent full remodel, with a free in-home consultation and a fixed written quote issued before anything is ordered or demolished.

Local knowledge is part of the pitch: 1970s and 1980s Eastside plumbing configurations, what individual city inspectors expect, and the condo HOA approval process along the 405 corridor. Coverage runs through Kent’s East Hill, West Hill, Lake Meridian, Scenic Hill, Panther Lake and Meridian Valley, and out across Bellevue, Kirkland, Seattle, Renton, Federal Way, Redmond, Sammamish, Bothell, Woodinville, Puyallup and Everett.

One note for planning: the company’s office is in Bellevue, and Kent is served from there rather than being the base.
