Most roofing companies want to sell you a roof. Guaranteed Roof leads with the opposite pitch — its stated tagline is that it is the roofing company that does not want to replace your roof — and the business model behind that line is genuinely different from its competitors in north Fulton.

The primary product is Roof Maxx, a plant-based oil treatment sprayed onto existing asphalt shingles to restore flexibility lost as the shingle dries out. The treatment takes under two hours, removes nothing, and carries a five-year warranty; reapplied every five years, the company markets it as adding up to fifteen years of service life for a fraction of replacement cost. The product was featured on Shark Tank, and the company keeps a page about that on its site. Whether rejuvenation is the right call depends entirely on the condition of the shingle — worth asking directly whether your roof is a candidate or past the point.

Cleaning is the second line. Roof Shampoo is bleach-free and phosphate-free, which matters on a sloped roof where runoff lands on foundation planting and drains toward a storm system. Commercial work uses FAR FiberSeal Base, a fibre-reinforced sprayable waterproofing membrane applied over an existing low-slope roof.

Replacement is still offered, as a GAF-certified contractor, and the warranty detail is worth understanding. The standard GAF System Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects fully for ten years. The System Plus upgrade takes that to fifty and folds in the tear-off cost of the old roof — the line item homeowners are most often surprised by on a warranty claim.

The company also runs dedicated tracks for realtors and property managers, plus disaster response. Those are the customers who need a fast, cheap route to a roof that will pass an inspection, which is exactly the gap rejuvenation fills.

Coverage centres on Alpharetta and the Fulton, Cherokee, Forsyth and Gwinnett county cluster, extends across metro Atlanta and up through north Georgia — 27 Georgia cities are named, including Athens, Augusta, Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, Ellijay, Macon and Toccoa — and reaches into Tennessee and the Carolinas. The office is at 1062 Union Center Dr, Suite A10, open seven days including weekend hours.

One caution when calling: the site publishes two different phone numbers, one in the header and one in the footer address block.
