Quoting is the part worth knowing about. Text a photo of what needs to go, plus your address, to (803) 784-8671, and the local team sends back a flat price — advertised at under four minutes on average. Most jobs are then booked same-day or next-day. For bigger clearances there is a free on-site estimate, roughly a ten-minute walkthrough producing a firm locked-in price.

Pricing extras are published up front rather than added at the end: 10% for stairs or a carry over 50 feet, 15% for heavy materials, 10% for same-day, and $35 per fridge, freezer or air conditioner to cover EPA-compliant refrigerant handling.

Two discounts stack where eligible — 10% for active duty, veterans and military families with proof of service, and $25 off a first text-quote job on a minimum $150 job.

There are hard limits on what can be taken. Hazardous waste is excluded by law: paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, propane tanks and batteries, along with food waste. TVs and monitors are capped at three per pickup and tires at five. Hazardous items are directed to the county Hazardous Waste Program.

Sizing runs from a standard junk pickup up to 16 cubic yards, through 20-yard open-top dumpsters with a 4,000 lb included weight limit on 3, 5, 7, 10 or 14-day rentals, to permanent 2, 4 and 8-yard front-load bins for businesses.

Crews run I-26, I-77, I-20, Garners Ferry Road, Two Notch Road and Broad River Road daily across Richland and Lexington Counties, covering Downtown, The Vista, Main Street, Shandon, Forest Acres, Lake Carolina, West Columbia, Cayce, Springdale, Dentsville, Lexington, Irmo, Seven Oaks, Chapin, Blythewood and Oak Grove. Work near the University of South Carolina takes in homes, student housing and downtown businesses.

The commercial side covers apartment communities, offices, retail centres, warehouses and construction sites, including recurring bulk trash, dumpster valet and grounds keeping. The parent brand was founded by Zack Willey, a US Army officer, West Point instructor and Afghanistan veteran, and now operates across nine states.
