A Plus Priority Plumbing was founded by owner Ray White and is run as a locally owned operation, with a separate direct number for each town it covers: Atlanta on 404-800-1953, Austell on 770-866-1206, Kennesaw on 770-988-7424, Douglasville on 478-219-2119, Powder Springs on 678-306-6345 and Marietta on 678-822-8663. The company states more than 16 years serving those communities, with over 50 years of combined experience across its technicians.

The Atlanta page is specific about why local plumbing fails the way it does. Clay soil shifts move underground pipe. Seasonal rainfall overloads drainage. Historic neighborhoods such as Inman Park and Grant Park carry aging systems, while newer Buckhead and Midtown developments bring code-driven installation work instead.

Jobs follow a set sequence: a full estimate before work starts, then a walk-through with the customer at the end. Trucks are stocked so most repairs finish in a single visit, and same-day service is offered for most calls placed early in the day.

Emergency scope is defined rather than implied. The listed callouts are burst pipes, sewer backups, gas leaks and no hot water, including immediate water shut-off to stop flooding before the repair begins. Phones are answered live around the clock, weekends and holidays included, alongside listed office hours of 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM seven days a week.

On money, there is a free phone estimate, a free service call with any repair, and senior and veteran discounts. Warranty terms differ by page: the About page states a six-month warranty on plumbing work while the Atlanta page advertises one year, so it is worth confirming which applies to a given job. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.

The company states three operating principles — craftsmanship, customer service and integrity — and displays a BBB-accredited badge linked to its Powder Springs profile.

One practical note for anyone checking details: the website publishes several different numbers, with 470-440-9680 in the site header and 470-440-9684 in the footer contact block alongside the Atlanta line above.
