AMC Concrete operates as a small, veteran-owned crew out of Columbia, Tennessee, rather than a large regional outfit, and Better Business Bureau records show the business registered in October 2023, with BBB accreditation and an A+ rating following in 2025. That scale shows up in how jobs get handled: site evaluation and quoting come from people who will actually be on the crew pouring the concrete, not a separate sales layer.

On the technical side, every job starts with excavation and a compacted gravel base, and the company reinforces slabs with either steel rebar or wire mesh depending on the specifics of the site, leaning toward rebar in areas more prone to cracking. Once concrete is poured, the company tells clients to expect roughly a week before light use is safe and a full 28 days before anything heavy, like a vehicle, goes on top of it.

Pricing follows a fairly predictable range by project type: a standard gray driveway typically runs $8 to $12 per square foot, with total jobs landing between about $3,500 and $7,000, while stamped or colored driveways move up to $13 to $18 per square foot. A stamped patio starts around $15 to $25 per square foot for a basic pattern and can reach roughly $56 per square foot for more elaborate custom designs. Removing the old slab is included in a driveway replacement rather than billed separately.

Every project comes with a written three-year workmanship warranty, and the company is licensed under Tennessee contractor license #82796 to work across Maury and Williamson counties. Estimates are free, and the company states it responds to inquiries within 24 hours.

The service area extends past Columbia itself into a cluster of Middle Tennessee towns: Spring Hill, Franklin, Brentwood, Thompson’s Station, Nolensville and Chapel Hill to the north, and College Grove, Leipers Fork, Santa Fe, Mount Pleasant, Lawrenceburg, Lewisburg, Eagleville and Pulaski to the south and west, ground that shifts from expansive clay to karst limestone depending on where a job sits.
