The Stittsville office sits at 383 Gallantry Way, Ottawa, ON K2S 0P6, with the local line 613-454-5763. Named coverage within Stittsville includes Basswood, Crossing Bridge, Hazeldean Rd, Stittsville Main St, Huntmar Dr, Terry Fox Dr and Carp Rd, with Kanata, Bells Corners, Barrhaven, Nepean and Orleans served from the same operation.

Pricing is flat-rate and quoted before work starts, so the number does not move while the technician is under the sink, and booking online takes twenty dollars off. All work carries a two-year warranty, which the company calls industry-leading.

The name is not decoration. The offer is built around green technologies and water-saving fixtures, with minimising environmental impact presented as the operating principle rather than an add-on service.

Drain work splits by severity: snaking for routine clogs, hydro jetting — high-pressure water — for heavy buildup and grease. Sewer work extends to tree root removal from lines and cast iron drain replacement, both common in older Ottawa-area housing stock.

Two preventive installs get their own billing: backwater valves and backflow preventers, protecting against sewer backup and water contamination respectively. Sump pump installation and repair, water heater work in both tank and tankless, and water filtration systems round out the residential list.

Heating is handled by the same team — furnaces, boilers and radiant heating — which avoids a second contractor when a problem sits between the two trades.

Emergency response runs 24/7 with same-day service available, for burst pipes, frozen lines and sewage backups.

Named technicians recur in published Google reviews: Miguel, Gary and Dan. One reviewer has used the company since 2020 and singles out phone-based troubleshooting before a truck is dispatched. The company is also listed as a partner of the Ottawa Redblacks.

Note that the site header carries a second number, 613-762-1969, which is the main Ottawa line rather than the Stittsville one.
